My update here is that I finally finished revising/editing my novella. I found some beta readers through my contacts on Twitter and have gotten one response, but am waiting on one more before I make any final changes and begin the submission process.

This is really what I needed to hear. I have pieces ready for this, but I’ve been too hesitant to get them out there. I need a firecracker to go off to get me out of this “it isn’t ready” mode.I’m with Nikita and plan to use this site much more often. I’m only one term past my graduation and I already miss that interaction from the classroom, and the accountability for my writing. I need to figure out the best way to utilize what is here. I’m open to suggestions!

I have been remiss in not getting on here. I’m thrilled for you that you are writing and making a living at it. I need all the advice I can muster in that regard. I’d love to hear more about how you decide the topic for an article. I will check out the problogger site and I’ll take a look at your website.
